By entering this Prize Draw, you accept these Promotion Terms and Conditions (Terms).


  • During the Promotion Period, to qualify for the WIN BIG Campaign prize draw, customers shall complete both of the following criteria to have an eligible entry for the random draw.

  1. Spend a minimum of RM2,000 on PropertyGuru credits; and

  2. Customers who have achieved the minimum spend threshold will need to answer a question pertaining to PropertyGuru’s services/products before the prize draw.

  • Every RM2,000 spent entitles the customer to one (1) entry to the draw pot.

  • The number of draw entries is calculated based on: Total RM spend / RM2,000. As an example, an agent spends a total of RM5,800 between 1 Sept – 31 Oct 2023. The number of chances is 2 entries (RM5,800/RM2,000 = 2.9) but if the agent spends another RM200 within the campaign period, this agent will have 3 entries (RM6,000/RM2,000 = 3 entries). The more this agent spends, the more chances, he/she will have in the Prize Draw.


  • The winning agents will be randomly selected through a random draw, that will be recorded on 20 November 2023. The list of winning customers will be announced on 21 November 2023 via Email, Terms & Conditions page and via Account Managers.

  • Eligible participants will receive notice of their qualification by 15 Nov 2023 and complete the qualifying question. The notice will also include the total number of chances the participant has accumulated during the campaign period.

  • There are a total of 45 prizes to be won.

  • Images of the prizes shown in any promotional materials relating to the campaign are solely for illustrative purposes only and may not depict the actual prizes.

  • PropertyGuru is not responsible for any liabilities arising from any deferment, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prize details or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of PropertyGuru for any act or default by any vendor or third-party supplier.

  • Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or transferrable. PropertyGuru shall be entitled to replace the prizes with other items of the same value without prior notice at its sole and absolute discretion.

  • PropertyGuru shall not be liable for any loss or damage which occurs during the prize delivery process. Any additional costs involved in collecting the Prize shall be fully borne by the Winner.

  • Fulfilment of prizes will be completed by 31 December 2023.

  • All prize recipients will be contacted by PropertyGuru as per the contact information that’s registered in their active PropertyGuru account.

  • Our decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.


  • To enter, you must be aged 18 years or over and a resident in the Country.

  • We do not accept entries from our employees (and their immediate families) or employees of any company associated with this promotion. Immediate family includes current or former spouse, child, parent or grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, or cousin.

  • We may contact you to verify your identity, age or place of residence to confirm your eligibility to enter.

  • We may disqualify you if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms or have compromised the fair conduct of this promotion by acting unlawfully or improperly. Any entry submitted outside the Promotion Period will be deemed invalid.

  • You agree that if you are a winner, you consent to us using your name or image to promote this Promotion and any products or services we supply.


  • The Promoter reserves the right to change or replace the Premium at its discretion without notice and we will provide a substitute prize of equal value and/or specification.

  • You cannot exchange the prize (or any part of it) for cash, goods or services.

  • The value of the prize at the time we provide it may be different from the value advertised in our promotional materials. We are not required to ‘make up’ any difference in value.

  • The prize may require you to accept terms that apply to the use or supply of the prize (for example terms and conditions attaching to subscription products, supply of goods, event entry conditions, etc.). We are not a party to, or carry any liability in connection with, any third-party terms.


  • These Terms refer to the time zone of the Country, unless otherwise stated.

  • We may need to suspend or cancel the promotion if we become unable to conduct it as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right at any time, to change or modify these Terms, such change shall be effective immediately upon publication and your continued participation in the Promotion after such change(s) will constitute your acceptance of such the updated Terms.

  • Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies the consumer guarantees provided by applicable consumer protection laws of the Country. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising in connection with the promotion.

  • We collect your personal information to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose your personal information to third parties, including but not limited to advertising clients, service providers and prize suppliers. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on you providing us with your personal information.
