Updates on Prime Credits & Featured Agent

Dear Agent Partner,

As part of our ongoing commitment to evolving the PropertyGuru platform, we’re simplifying and standardising how agent marketing works. We’ll move to a unified credit system and retire Prime Credits and Featured Agent effective 30 May 2026 11:59PM.

What’s Changing?

To help you plan ahead and get the most from your listings, here’s a summary of the key updates:

1. All Prime Credits (in packages or purchased separately) will expire on 30 May 2026 11:59PM or until their original expiry date—whichever comes first. 
2. The last day to post Featured Agent listings is 30 May 2026 11:59PM. 
3. From 30 May 2026 11:59PM, the Featured Agent tool will no longer be available.
4. Any Featured Agent listings posted on or before 30 May 2026, 11:59 PM will remain live and visible on the PropertyGuru consumer site until 30 June 2026, or until their original expiry date—whichever comes first. 

What This Means for You?

You’ll still be able to use your existing Prime Credits up until 30 May 2026 11:59PM. Featured Agent listings created before that date will continue to generate exposure until 30 June 2026, or until they original expiry date expire—whichever comes first, giving you time to make the most of these tools while planning your transition to newer solutions.

Once Prime Credits and Featured Agent are sunset, you can look to explore other PropertyGuru’s Ad Credit-powered products such as Turbo and Spotlight for performance focused visibility and lead generation across your portfolio of listings.

We’re moving towards a streamlined credit system that gives agents greater flexibility, easier management, and unified control across various ad products on our platform. We want to build a future-ready platform designed to help you focus on what matters most — connecting with qualified property seekers and growing your business. As we phase out older solutions, we remain dedicated to creating smarter, more impactful tools that drive your business forward.
