FAQ: Pay with Atome (Malaysia)
A quick guide to help you understand how Pay with Atome works in Malaysia.

• 3 months ago Atome is a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) service that lets you split eligible purchases into instalments. Your instalment schedule and any charges are shown before you confirm payment.
Where is this available?Atome is currently enabled for PropertyGuru Malaysia payments only. It is not yet available for iProperty (Malaysia).
Who can use this payment option?All agent types may use Atome for to sign up or renew their package and for credit purchases, subject to Atome’s eligibility checks.
Do I need to meet any requirements?Yes. You must meet Atome’s eligibility criteria (e.g., age 18+, Malaysia mobile number, NRIC, valid email, and a supported card/bank). Eligibility is assessed by Atome.
Is there a minimum purchase amount?No, there is no minimum purchase amount.
How to pay with Atome:
1.Your PropertyGuru representative shares a payment link. On the payment page, select **Atome**
2.A QR code appears upon clicking the ‘Pay’ button..
3.Open the Atome app, scan the QR code, and follow the prompts to authorise the first instalment.
4. Select your Payment plan (3/6/9 or 12 months)
