With Prime Credits, you can Book, Reserve and Extend Featured Agent slots.
Getting a Featured Agent slot allows your selected listings to be pinned at the top of specific search results
24/7, to reach your listing’s full potential.
With all the possibilities that your listings can do, find the best fit for what you want
to achieve by choosing Prime Credits or Ad Credits – or both.
The number of Prime Credits needed to Book, Reserve or Extend a
Featured Agent slot is determined by Dynamic Pricing which takes into
consideration competition and listing supply, by property type, location and project.
As market conditions change, the number of Prime Credits required changes
as well to deliver the maximum value for each Featured Agent. As such,
some projects or locations will require less Prime Credits while others, more.
To know how many Prime Credits are required for a Featured Agent slot,
simply go to AgentNet > Featured Agent. You will be able to see the Prime Credits
required displayed in each tile.
Prime Credits are a discretionary product and can be purchased anytime whenever you need it.
Prime Credits are sold in multiples of 1 and have a 12-month validity period starting from their date of issuance
You can manage your Prime Credits balance and usage through AgentNet at your convenience.
Check your Prime Credits balance anytime through your AgentNet Featured Agent dashboard, which displays the total number of Prime Credits you have now. Simply go to AgentNet and click on “Featured Agent” on the top navigation bar.
Review your Prime Credits usage any time through the Prime Credits Consumption Report on AgentNet.
This report provides detailed records of your Prime Credits usage on Booking, Reserving and Extending your Featured Agent slots over a specified period.
Access this page by clicking on “More” on the top navigation bar followed by “Reports”.
