How can I purchase more than 100 Ad Credits via AgentNet app?
The purchase quantity is fixed at 100 Ad Credits, with multiple purchases allowed. If you wish to purchase more than 100 Ad Credits at-a-go, you can contact your Account Manager or contact our Customer Care team at +603 7932 7555 for assistance.
Why am I not seeing this option to top up my Ad Credits via my AgentNet app?
This in-app purchase option is only available for iOS users. If you are an iOS user, you might want to update your AgentNet if you do not see this purchase option.
What is the validity period of these Ad Credits?
They will be valid for 12 months.
How long does it take for the Ad Credits to be issued, upon payment completion?
The credits will be issued immediately. If the balance is not updated, kindly check your credit balance after some time. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team at +603 7932 7555 for assistance.
