As part of our continuous efforts to refine our product suite, Prime Credits and Featured Agent will no longer be available effective 30 May 2026 11:59PM.
Who does the Prime Credits sunset on 30 May 2026 affect?
Why are Prime Credits & Featured Agent being removed?
We want to focus on developing improved tools that deliver greater impact and value for your business.
What happens to unused Prime Credits after 30 May 2026?
All unused Prime Credits included in packages or purchased separately will automatically expire and be removed from your account after 30 May 2026 11:59PM.
What happens to my Featured Agent listings after 30 May 2026?
Any Featured Agent listings posted on or before 30 May 2026, 11:59 PM will remain live and visible on the PropertyGuru consumer site until 30 June 2026, or until their original expiry date—whichever comes first.
Will I get a refund on the Prime Credits that have been removed from my account after 30 May 2026?
No. There will be no refund for any unused Prime Credits after 30 May 2026, hence we highly encourage that you utilise all your Prime Credits before then.
Will there be a new product available similar to Featured Agent?
We’ll continue to keep you informed about upcoming product launches. Please stay tuned to our Agent News pages for the latest updates and announcements.
Will I still be able to receive leads from my Featured Agent listing after 30 May 2026?
Yes. If your Featured Agent listing is still active, you will continue to receive leads from it. The listing will remain visible on the PropertyGuru site until 30 June 2026 or until it reaches its expiry date, whichever comes first.
Refunds will be processed for any Featured Agent listings extending beyond 30 June 2026. The refund will be issued in the form of Ad Credits, calculated based on the balance of active listing days after 30 June 2026.
How does this impact me as an agent?
Prime Credits and Featured Agent will remain available until 30 May 2026, giving you time to use them strategically. After 30 May 2026 11:59PM, you can explore existing features like Turbo and Spotlight for enhanced visibility and lead generation.
Can I purchase Prime Credits before 30 May 2026?
Yes, Prime Credits are still available for purchase. However, we highly encourage that you utilise all remaining Prime Credits in your account by 30 May 2026. Any balance Prime Credits in your account after 30 May 2026 11:59PM will not be refunded.
I didn't have Prime Credits in my subscription, does this update affect me?
No, this update does not affect you, you may continue using your subscription undisrupted.

Who does the Prime Credits sunset on 30 May 2026 affect?
- Prime Credits that come with a subscription and expire before 30 May 2026 will not be affected and will follow the subscription end date.
- Prime Credits purchased with a validity period will expire according to the purchased Terms & Conditions, based on the validity period from the date of purchase.
Example: 100 Prime Credits purchased on 15 October 2025 with a 6-month validity will expire on 15 April 2026.
- The 30 May 2026 expiry only applies to Prime Credits purchased between January and May 2026.
