What is the PropertyGuru Choice Awards?
As part of PropertyGuru Partner360, PropertyGuru Malaysia will be hosting its first-ever PropertyGuru Choice Awards 2021 in collaboration with PropNex Malaysia.
This award is to recognize and celebrate our agent partners across Malaysia who have invested time and effort in becoming the best among the best.
Who is eligible for this award?
All PropNex Malaysia registered agents with an active PropertyGuru account as of 31 Oct 2021, 2359 hours will be automatically eligible for PropertyGuru Choice Awards 2021.
When is this happening?
The campaign will take place from 1 Oct 2020 – 31 Oct 2021 and award winners will be announced on Dec 2021. Please stay tuned for updates here.

What will award winners receive?
As an award winner, you'll receive a mystery gift and one trophy/certificate and your profile will be featured on PropertyGuru's website under Agent News as PropertyGuru Choice Awards 2021 Award Winner. With more than 26.6M page views on our platform, this will give you exclusive rights for Agent Branding as PropertyGuru’s Most Preferred Agent Partner.

All PropNex Malaysia registered agents with an active PropertyGuru account as of 31 Oct 2021 will be judged based on:

Award Criteria

Activity within PropertyGuru to market listings by region (1 Oct 2020 – 31 Oct 2021)

What do you mean by “Activity within PropertyGuru to market listings by region”?
It refers to the total number of Ad Credits you have used from 1 Oct 2020 – 31 Oct 2021 to post / Repost / Spotlight your listings.
Why is Ad Credits usage used for the awards tabulation and not other Premium Features like Weekly Featured Listing and Specialist Products?
Ad Credits usage is closely tied to the marketing efforts you have invested in promoting your listings and Ad Credits are accessible to all agents as part of your package entitlements.
The usage of the other Premium Features might be restricted by inventory availability, hence they are not ideal for the awards tabulation.
Is there a judging panel?
Award decisions are at the sole discretion of PropertyGuru using validated data points, general due diligence checks on agents’ account and profile listings and professional public image of the winners.
For PropertyGuru Most Aspiring Newcomer, PropNex Malaysia HQ holds 50% weightage to nominate deserving new joiners between 1 Jan 2021 – 31 Oct 2021.
Prizes & Redemption

A total of forty (40) Prizes are available to be won. Each agent partner is entitled to win only one prize.

Images of the Prizes shown in any promotional or publicity materials relating to this Contest are solely for illustrative purposes only and may not depict the actual Prizes.

The Organizer is not responsible for all liabilities arising from any deferment, cancellation, delay or changes to the Prizes or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer and for any act or default by any vendor or third-party supplier.

Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. The Organizer shall be entitled to replace the Prizes with other prizes of the same value without prior notification at its sole and absolute discretion.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any losses or damages which occur during the Prizes redemption/delivery process.

Redemption/fulfilment of all Prizes is to be completed by/before 31 December 2021.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any defects or misuse of the Prizes, or to any claims, liabilities, losses or damages in connection with this Contest.

The Winners will be contacted by the Organizer based on the same contact information registered for the active PropertyGuru account.

All Prizes are non-transferable.

Winners must claim their Prizes from the Organizer or within the time specified notified by the Organizer (via WhatsApp or any other communication channels) after the end of the Contest Period. In the event that a Winner fails to claim the Prize, the Organizer reserves the right to forfeit the Prize and award the Prize to another Winner.

Winners who require a representative to claim their Prizes on their behalf must ensure that their representatives provide a letter of authorization issued by the Winners along with a copy of the Winners and the representatives’ valid identification document.
Rights of the Organizer

By participating in this Contest, the Participants give their consent to the Organizer to publish and use their names for advertising, marketing, publicity and/or any other purpose, without any prior notice nor compensation to the Participants/Winners.

If for any reason this Contest is unable to proceed as planned, the Organizer reserves the right to amend, postpone, suspend or terminate the contest at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify a participant if there are reasonable reasons to believe that the participant has violated the terms and conditions of this competition and/or PropertyGuru’s Terms of Purchase.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Contest Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

All decisions made by the Organizer in relation to this Contest, including but not limited to, shortlisting, Winners’ selection, Prizes and forfeiture of Prizes are final. Any correspondence or appeal will not be entertained. The selection of the Winners is subject to the entry eligibility and criteria specified and determined at the Organizer’s sole discretion.
